Classic Cutting Boards

Since the 1950's Playboy magazine has run a food column that features appliances and accessories that are "a cut above" the rest. In the May 2010 issue, in an article entitled "The Alpha Kitchen", the editors have selected our cutting boards to represent the epitome of taste and style. These boards are made from hardwoods that are native to the northeastern United States. The board on the top of the pile is the one that is shown in the photograph on page 84 of the May 2010 copy of Playboy.
