Polygon End Tables

The first step is to build "monolithic blocks" out of medium density fiberboard.
 
 

Then glue the selected matched pieces of veneer to the surfaces.
 
 

The veneer for the top surface is carefully "bookmatched".
 
 

When the veneering is completed the tables are ready for the finishing room. The finishing process deepens the color and emphasizes the grain of the wood as you can see in the picture of this finished piece.
